Reliance Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! Responsibilities include:
- Provide high-quality member service across all channels: in-person, over the phone, and via electronic mediums.
- Process member transactions to include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, account verification, etc.
- Answer member questions regarding products and services.
- Support the accounting department with day-to-day activities to include ACH, Accounts Payable, Dormancy, reconciliations, and other duties as assigned.
- Ensure management is kept fully informed on any issues of importance in the operations of the credit union.
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
- Effectively maintain a cash drawer.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products.
- Adaptability to change.
